Over the last 20 years, Robogistics’ gantry solutions for handling a large variety of SKUs have resulted in our systems being installed and managing 100’s of millions of tires in every major tire manufacturer in the marketplace today. Function

  • Manipulate hundreds of SKU’s simultaneously over multiple gantry and industrial robots and receiving passenger/truck tires randomly or pre-sorted with various rule sets for tire load balancing across multiple systems.

  • Reduced overall floorspace by densely stacking tires in a rick-rack or “stove pipe” pattern 

  • Receive products randomly buffered and pre-sorted

  • Manage payloads up to 1,000kg (2,200 lbs.) over an area up to 75m long (246ft).

  • Support single or multiple robotic systems with industrial articulating robot or gantry robot
